Flexuosus (Lemongrass) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil, Mentha Arvensus (Peppemint) Oil
Directions:
Pour 6-8 drops to your diffuser for vaporisation. Pour 5 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water for inhalation. Add 5 drops to 10 ml base oil for massage.
